Ganesan Varatharajan

Ganesan Varatharajan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and engineering. Currently serving as a Manager at Avalon Technologies Pvt Ltd since April 2019, Ganesan has previously held positions such as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager at Flex. Prior to that, Ganesan managed quality management and implementation at e-con Systems India Pvt Ltd and contributed to new product realization services at HCL Technologies Ltd. Ganesan’s early career included roles in telecommunications and electronics, starting as a Technical Assistant at Midas Communication Technologies and progressing to Lead Engineer and Associate Manager. Ganesan holds an MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Anna University Chennai, along with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sankar Polytechnic College.
