David J. Alagno

David J. Alagno is the SVP of Human Resources at AvalonBay Communities. David has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to joining AvalonBay, David was the Manager of Recruiting and Compensation at The Motley Fool Inc. from September 1999 to September 2001. David also worked as the Recruiting Manager at Iridium from January 1997 to December 1999. David has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from George Mason University.
