Gideon S. Sorkin, PE, is a seasoned professional in structural engineering and construction management, currently serving as Senior Director of the Developer Funding Program and Mixed-Use at AvalonBay Communities, where responsibilities include leading multifamily project execution and overseeing design and construction efforts.
