Patrick Lewis is a seasoned professional in property operations and management with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Regional Director of Property Operations at AvalonBay Communities since November 2014, Patrick oversees multiple assets in Florida, collaborating with various departments to expand the Florida portfolio. Previous roles include Senior Director of Portfolio Operations for both the Mid-Atlantic region and for 10 communities, emphasizing operational oversight and development. Prior experience includes key positions at Choice Hotels International, managing a large portfolio of upscale hotels, and Creative Hotel Associates, where Patrick held general management and regional support roles. Patrick began a career in sales management at Loon Mountain Resort, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
