Yvonne Zhu

Yvonne Zhu, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Compensation at AvalonBay Communities since August 2024. Prior to this role, Yvonne was the Head of Equity Compensation at Sumo Logic from November 2021 to August 2024 and held the position of Senior Manager, Equity and Incentive at Perspecta between July 2018 and December 2021. Previous experience includes Senior Manager, Equity Compensation Program and Manager of SEC Reporting & Stock Plan at ICF from May 2011 to July 2018, as well as Financial Reporting Lead at Arbinet from November 2009 to April 2011. Yvonne began a career in accounting as a Senior SEC Accountant and Stock Plan Administration at Primus from September 2003 to November 2009. Yvonne earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana State University's Scott College of Business between 2001 and 2003.
