Dr. Susanne Ess

Dr. Susanne Ess is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Germany at Avaloq since December 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Ess was the Head of People & Culture at Aklamio from September 2019 to December 2024 and held the position of Senior HR Specialist at AirHelp from December 2018 to July 2019. Additional experience includes a tenure as Senior Human Resources Manager at KAYAK, HR Manager roles at 360dialog and MYTOYS GROUP, and serving as HR Manager at Team Europe Management GmbH. Dr. Ess holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Universität Innsbruck, completed between 1997 and 2005.
