Kay Clunas

Kay Clunas currently serves as the Head of Service Management UK at Avaloq since February 2020. Previously, Kay held various senior roles at Barclays from 2007 to 2020, including Senior IT Service Manager for BUK Run the Bank, where responsibility encompassed the end-to-end management of a portfolio of high-criticality services. Additionally, Kay was accountable for implementing a service support framework for the Data Systems and Insights Office and led service delivery for Finance and Risk IT Services. Prior experience includes positions at Bravura Solutions, BNY Mellon, and RBS, focusing on service delivery and management.
