Craig Conoscenti

Craig Conoscenti is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical and medical fields, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Avalyn Pharma Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Craig held significant positions at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2008 to November 2023, including Executive Director and Therapeutic Area Head for Respiratory ILD Clinical Development and Medical Affairs, as well as Medical Expert and Director of the Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Program. Craig's earlier career includes key roles at Norwalk Hospital from January 1987 to December 2002, such as Chief of Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine and Medical Director of the Fairfield County Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center. Craig's foundational training was completed at Hackensack University Medical Center from July 1982 to June 1987, where Craig served as a Pulmonary Critical Care Fellow and Chief Resident in Internal Medicine.
