Isabelle Fernandes

Isabelle Fernandes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Avanade since September 2018, holding multiple leadership roles including Chief of Staff for Global Industry Programmes and Go-To-Market Strategy, as well as positions focused on CSR, corporate citizenship, and early talent development in the UK and Europe. In addition to their role at Avanade, Isabelle is the Founder of FLAARE, a community organization dedicated to empowering young people in skill and talent development. Isabelle also contributes to several initiatives, including serving as a member of the Social Mobility Commission's Employer Advisory Group and as a business mentor for the Vantage Points Foundation. Other roles include Chair of Volunteers for St Johns Holidays for Children and an education volunteer at Jamie's Farm. Isabelle's early career includes experiences in operations management and communications roles, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Bristol.
