Jeni Westcott

Jeni Westcott is currently the Director - Lead Solution Architect for Modern Workplace Managed Services at Avanade, where they focus on presales solutioning and empowering female colleagues through the EME Women Employees Network. With extensive experience in IT service management, Jeni has previously held roles such as Group Head of Service Management at Home Retail Group PLC and Global Helpdesk Project Manager at On Track Advice Ltd. Jeni is an ardent champion for women in IT, motivated by the pursuit of human-centric service and technology innovation to enhance work experiences. They hold a BSc (HONS) in Business Studies from University College Swansea.
