Joe Fitzgibbon

Joe Fitzgibbon currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Ireland at Avanade, a position held since June 2018. Joe has held various roles at Avanade, including Head of Delivery and Infrastructure & Operations Lead for the Public Service Organisation. Prior to this, Joe gained extensive experience at Accenture from June 1998 to May 2018, where multiple roles included Infrastructure & Operations Lead and Technical Architecture Lead within the Public Service Organisation, as well as Senior Oracle DBA positions. Joe holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Dublin City University, a Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis from the University of Galway, and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) from Dublin City University. Early education was completed at St. Augustine's College in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
