Marina Scherz

Marina Scherz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, workplace advisory, and risk management. Currently serving as Location Lead for Organizational Change Management & Workplace Advisory at Avanade since February 2022, Marina previously held roles at Erste Group Bank AG, including Outsourcing Service Officer and IT Risk Management. Marina's career also includes significant positions related to project management and process management at organizations such as VOLKSBANK WIEN AG and Ennemoser & Grünn Unternehmensberatung. An active member of the Steering Committee for Erste Women's Hub, Marina is passionate about empowering others through personal behavioral change and resilience. Education includes a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Change Management, as well as ongoing studies towards a Master of Arts in Positive Psychology & Coaching.
