Masha Galitskaia currently serves as the Inclusion & Diversity Austria Hub Lead and Associate Manager in Data & Analytics at Avanade, starting in October 2023. Prior to this, Masha held roles at Gebrüder Weiss from March 2021 to July 2023 as a Data Engineer and Process and Change Manager, as well as coordinator for Information Security/ISO 27001. Masha's experience also includes positions at Zumtobel Group, focusing on process management, with specialized skills in process mining and IT processes. Masha has a strong background in HR compensation and benefits, having worked at Nestlé and JSC RUSNANO, and began a career in HR training and development at Uralsib. Masha holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Universität Liechtenstein and several certifications in information security and data engineering.
