Rafi Reza

Rafi Reza is a seasoned transformation executive and people leader with extensive experience in the finance and consultancy sectors. They began their career as a Managing Consultant at IKON Technology Services and later at Global Crossing, before serving as an Exchange Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Rafi transitioned to HBO as a Systems Analyst before taking on the role of Assistant Vice President at Citigroup. Subsequently, they excelled as a Group Manager at Avanade, advancing to various senior leadership positions.
