Sarah Rench is a seasoned professional in data and artificial intelligence security, currently serving as the GenAI Security Lead and European Cyber Security Lead for ICOE at Avanade, in addition to holding several leadership roles, including Director of Data, AI and Industry Solutions at the Global Data & AI Centre of Excellence. With a strong commitment to diversity, Sarah acts as the European Executive LGBT+ Sponsor at Avanade and has been involved with DiverseCXOs and DevelopHer UK as a board member. Previous experience includes roles such as CPO at Materials Nexus and Advisory Board Member for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Artificial Intelligence. Sarah's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham, and a short course in Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
