Zach Rodriguez

Zach Rodriguez is an experienced professional currently serving as the Portfolio and Go-to-Market Strategy Lead and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chief Growth Officer at Avanade since November 2018, where collaboration with executive leadership focuses on driving global growth. Previously, Zach held the role of Director in the Office of the Chief Commercial Officer at ThoughtWorks, executing programs to enhance executive engagement. Zach served as Chief of Staff at the US Embassy from September 2013 to January 2017, managing embassy staff and coordinating strategic outreach efforts. As the Founding Director of The Futuro Fund for Obama for America, Zach raised $30 million from the Latino community for President Barack Obama’s reelection campaign. Early career experiences include roles in the Executive Office of the President focusing on diversity recruitment and as a Field Organizer for Obama for America, successfully leading local campaigns. Zach holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Penn State University.
