Leonardo Caminero

Leonardo Caminero is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing financial, leasing, and marketing operations for tax credit communities. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for the Florida Region at Avanath Capital Management, LLC since August 2022, Leonardo also manages the City View Apartments.
