Matt Race

Matt Race has extensive experience in facilities management and building services. Matt has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Avanath Capital Management, Mandel Group, and The Scion Group. Throughout their career, Matt has implemented cost-saving initiatives, developed maintenance programs, and managed large teams. Matt has also shown expertise in strategic planning and negotiating service contracts. Matt Race's work experience spans over a decade, demonstrating their expertise and accomplishments in the field of facilities management.

Matt Race earned an A.A.S. degree in Architectural Technology from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI in the years 1992-1994. Matt then went on to obtain a B.S. degree in Facility Management from Ferris State University in the years 1994-1996. In 1997, they obtained the EPA / TYPE I certification from the ESCO Institute. Additionally, in 2015, Matt Race became a Certified Playground Safety Inspector through the National Recreation and Park Association.
