Prasanth Mendragutthi

Prasanth Mendragutthi is a seasoned recruitment professional with a background in talent acquisition and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Avance Consulting since January 2023, Prasanth has focused on hiring consultants for both IT and non-IT roles, collaborating with implementation partner Tech Mahindra. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Recruiter Team Lead at Reventum from September 2020 to January 2023, where Prasanth managed recruitment for Infosys, primarily addressing state and federal client needs and utilizing the BEELINE VMS system for requirements and submissions. Additionally, experience as a US IT Recruiter involved leveraging various portals such as ATS, Prohires, Ceipal, Monster, and Career Builder. Prasanth holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
