Michael Dorey

Michael Dorey serves as Associate General Counsel at Avanci since December 2020, bringing a wealth of legal expertise gained through various positions in corporate law. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Marconi and Partner at Lidji Dorey & Hooper, where extensive experience was acquired in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law, and contract negotiations. Earlier in the career, Michael Dorey worked as Assistant General Counsel at FoxMeyer Corporation, focusing on secured debt financing and contract negotiations, and as an Associate at Johnson & Gibbs. Michael Dorey holds a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
