Heike Degen

Heike Degen has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Heike served as the Director of Human Resources at AVANCIS GmbH & Co. KG from 2007, until it was sold to CNBM. Prior to that, they were the Director of Global Human Resources at ZMD AG from 2002 to 2007. Heike also worked as the Direktor Deutschland HR / Prokuristin at Sinius GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, from 1999 to 2002. Heike started their career as an Ausbildungskoordinatorin Deutschland at 3M Deutschland GmbH from 1994 to 1999.

Heike Degen attended VWA Duisburg from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Personalbetriebswirt degree. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they studied at IHK Krefeld and earned a Personalfachkauffrau degree with a field of study in Personalbetriebswirt.
