Rick Piazza

Rick Piazza is currently the BU Controller of Power Operations at Iberdrola Renewables, a position held since 2003, where they oversee accounting and reporting for Thermal Operations and Power Trading. Prior to this role, they served as the Accounting Projects Manager at TXU Energy from 2001 to 2003, focusing on derivative accounting and education related to financial standards. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Risk Management/Business Analyst at PacifiCorp from 1997 to 2001, developing risk policies and implementing financial accounting standards. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oregon State University in 1988.
