Kumar Jaladanki

Kumar Jaladanki has extensive experience in IT applications within the utility sector, currently serving as Director of IT Applications for Customer Service at AVANGRID, Inc. since August 2018, following a role as Senior Manager in the same area. Prior to this, Kumar spent over 14 years at The United Illuminating Company, where responsibilities included IT Business Relationship Manager and SAP IS-U/CCS Application Development Manager, leading significant projects and CRM migrations. Initial roles included functional consulting at GPU Energy, Entergy Corporation, and the County of Sacramento, specializing in SAP IS-U/CCS solutions. Kumar holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of New Haven and has training from the Project Management Institute.
