Patricia Jacobs is an independent director at Avangrid. Patricia was previously the founding executive director at Erickson Living from March 2014 to January 2019. In their role, they achieved and maintained an occupancy rate of greater than 98% in under 5 months for the first phase of the campus, which had 161 units. Patricia also opened the second phase of independent living construction, 114 units, in late 2017. The campus has since expanded by 6 acres and 169 IL units with minimum community noise. The third phase, 169 IL units, is set to open in the fall of 2019. Patricia has been nominated to multiple boards and has received recognition for their work in creating productive relationships with municipalities and local thought leaders. The 2018 Resident Satisfaction Survey showed that 93% of residents would recommend living at an Erickson Living community.
Patricia Jacobs has a BS in Learning and Memory from The College of William and Mary, a Graduate Certificate in Leading Change from Cornell University, and an HS diploma in College Prep from Woodlawn Senior High School. Patricia is also certified by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) and by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers as a Care Manager Certified. Patricia is also certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
