They have held various HR positions in well-known hotels and resorts in Koh Samui, Thailand, including Anantara, Conrad, and Avani. They currently serve as the Cluster Manager of People & Culture for Avani Hotels and Resorts, overseeing the Avani+ Samui and Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club. Phakamon's professional journey in human resources began with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Ramkhamhaeng University.
