Andrew S. is an experienced leader in investment banking and asset management, currently serving as Independent Non-executive Chair for Dexus Capital Funds Management Ltd. and Dexus Capital Investment Services Pty Ltd since September 2022, while also preparing for the acquisition of AMP/Collimate’s real estate and domestic infrastructure equity business. Other notable positions include Chair of Avani and Reveal, and Strategic Advisor at AXA Investment Managers, where Andrew held several leadership roles, including Global Head of Asset Management & Development. Earlier career highlights include managing significant portfolios at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, along with co-founding The Helmsman Project Ltd., a charity aimed at youth development. Andrew S. holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Henley Business School, a Master of Applied Science from the University of Sydney, and is a Graduate of the Company Directors Course.
