Martin Johnson

Martin Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Martin is currently working as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Avania, where they focus on navigating medical technology to market effectively and efficiently. Prior to this role, Martin served as a Team Lead in Talent Acquisition at Clario, where they generated clinical evidence using scientific expertise and global scale. Before joining Clario, Martin was the Director of Johnson Wright Recruitment Ltd, where they provided strategic recruitment services tailored to support engineering, manufacturing, research and development, and technical functions. Martin also has experience as a Senior Recruiter at Greene, Tweed & Co, where they specialized in high-performance materials and customized-engineered components. Martin started their career as a Recruitment Manager at Pinnacle Recruitment Limited and later served as the Director of Phoenix Recruitment (Midlands) Limited. Additionally, they gained experience in sales and technical support at Advanced Computational Analysis (ACA).

Martin Johnson attended South Nottinghamshire College of FE from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Physics, Economics, and Computing Science.
