Jalpa Shah possesses over 15 years of expertise in low power analog circuit design within the biomedical field. Currently serving as R&D Manager - Hardware and previously as Principal R&D Engineer and Sr R&D Engineer at Avanos Medical since January 2018, Jalpa has played a crucial role in the development of a fully-implantable device for bladder control, overseeing the project from concept to final design and testing. Prior experience includes ten years as a Sr Analog IC Design Engineer at Medtronic, where significant contributions included the design of various circuits, improvement of device yield through process initiatives, and the submission of multiple patentable ideas. Jalpa also has a research background from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where work involved interface IC design for MEMS capacitive gyroscope systems as a Research Assistant. Jalpa holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
