Katrine Kubis

Katrine Kubis serves as Avanos Medical’s Vice President, Corporate Communications & Community Relations, where she leads global communications initiatives supporting business objectives, building the corporate culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving strategic community outreach efforts. She also serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, providing oversight and guidance on all DE&I matters.

Katrine joined the company in 2015 and has over 25 years of communications, consulting, and sales experience. Prior to Avanos, Katrine held various roles with AboutOne (software startup), McKesson, Accenture, and IBM.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University.

Katrine serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Technology (WIT), a professional organization dedicated to empowering girls and women to excel in the areas of science, technology, engineering, the arts and math.
