Nate Pachl

Nate Pachl currently serves as Sr. Director of Procurement & External Manufacturing at Avanos Medical since July 2025. Previous experience includes holding the position of Director of Supply Chain at Pace Analytical from September 2019 to September 2024 and serving as Procurement Director at Ceridian for a short term in 2018. Nate also worked at Ecolab from February 2014 to September 2018 in various roles, including Global Procurement Director and Sr. Purchasing Manager for Direct Materials and Contract Manufacturing. Prior to that, Nate was Procurement Manager at Valspar from February 2010 to January 2014 and held positions as Merchandising Analyst at SUPERVALU and Sr. Business Analyst at Target. Nate earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, attended from 2001 to 2004.
