Samantha Strane

Samantha Strane is a seasoned professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as a Product Manager in Global Strategic Marketing and Acute Pain at Avanos Medical since May 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Global Product Manager and Upstream Project Manager at CryoLife, Inc., along with a background as an R&D Engineer II. Samantha also held a Product Development Intern position at the Global Center for Medical Innovation and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, wherein management of undergraduate design teams and oversight of medical device design processes were key responsibilities. An undergraduate researcher at both the Department of Biomedical Engineering and the Investigators Research Honor Society, Samantha contributed to significant research projects. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Innovation and Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Florida.
