Sophie Williams

Sophie Williams is an experienced Operations Manager for the UK at AVANT, a company focused on decarbonizing the world through the electrification of energy. Since April 2019, Sophie has played a crucial role in connecting the energy storage sector with the necessary talent, partners, and investors to advance technology in battery and hydrogen. Prior to this, Sophie held several positions at White Knight Recruitment, including Relationship Manager, Recruitment Consultant, and Candidate Consultant, from January 2018 to March 2019. Sophie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Psychology and Dance and Choreography from the University of Winchester from 2012 to 2015.
