Amanda Minnillo

Amanda Minnillo Ed.D is a seasoned professional in language education and teacher support with extensive experience spanning various roles in educational organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Learning Specialist at Avant Assessment since June 2022, Amanda previously held significant positions such as Awards Director for the Southern Conference on Language Teaching and World Language Teacher Support Specialist for Lexington County School District One. Additionally, Amanda has contributed to the South Carolina Foreign Language Teacher's Association as an Executive Board Member and past President. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from the University of South Carolina, multiple master's degrees in Applied Linguistics and Teaching English as a Second Language, and a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature. Amanda has also pursued professional development in Agile Leadership at Harvard, underscoring a commitment to ongoing learning and leadership in educational practices.
