Elaine Pappas

Elaine Pappas is a talented HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition & People Ops Consultant at Integrity Lab and a Senior People Ops & Talent Acquisition Partner at Avant-garde Health, Elaine has contributed to leadership team development for early-stage start-ups and provided strategic HR consulting. Previously, Elaine held various consulting roles, including at Yesware, Centage, LinkSquares, and Chainlink Labs, where a strong focus on recruitment and organizational design was emphasized. Additionally, Elaine serves on the Board and as Chair of the Compensation Committee for Bomco, Inc., and operates a consulting firm specializing in talent growth for pre-Series A and Series A companies. Elaine holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
