Matthew Pelfrey has worked at six different companies throughout their career. Matthew began their career in 1997 as an Assistant to Customer Service Manager at Duggal Visual Solutions. In 1999, they moved on to Bowne as a Customer Service Representative. In 2002, they joined Capital Systems as a Customer Service Representative, and was later promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and then Sr. Project Manager. In 2008, they joined New York Life as a Financial Services Professional. In 2009, they returned to Duggal Visual Solutions as the Director of Process and Compliance. Matthew is currently working at Avant-Garde Information Solutions as the COO.
Matthew Pelfrey received their MBA from both Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Queen's University from 2006 to 2008. Matthew received their BA in Economics from The City College of New York from 1998 to 2002. In 2001, they also completed a Summer Certificate in International Relations- Financial Institutions from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
