Avant Health is an AI-native Third Party Benefits Administrator (TPA) that designs and administers tailored health insurance plans for employers. By hyper personalizing down to the member level, we enable novel care delivery models. Our moonshot goal is to deliver affordable health coverage at scale, without sacrificing flexibility and personalization. Our AI-native approach enables us to automate a majority of TPA operations (with human oversight) so we can drive lower healthcare costs and better outcomes for employers and consumers. Guiding principles for the future we’re building: 1. Consumers won’t be limited to inflexible group health insurance plans 2. New data & fintech tools will make provider networks obsolete 3.
