Christina Khan

Christina Khan is an experienced leader in global recruitment and international student services, currently serving as the Director of Global Recruitment at Avant Healthcare Professionals since August 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of over 50 professionals and developing effective recruitment marketing strategies. Prior to this, Christina held key positions at the University of Central Florida, including Director of UCF Global and Associate Director of International Student & Scholar Services, managing policies and support for thousands of international students. Christina's earlier roles include Assistant Director at The University of Texas at El Paso and Assistant Dean at Colgate University, where notable achievements include establishing the first Office of International Student Services. Christina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from The University of Akron.
