Leo Salce

Leo Salce is the current Principal and CEO of Avant Leap, having previously held the position of Director of Consulting Services at Microdesk. Before that, Salce founded and served as CEO of Blendersoft. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Salce worked as an Architectural Designer at McCann Systems and Evans Architects. Salce holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, as well as an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Computer Science from the same institution.
