Additionally, they held the position of CEO and Principal at Tunheim Partners, Inc., a role they have maintained since 1990.

In the field of public relations and communications, Kathryn has been actively involved in IPREX Global PR and Communications. Their roles within IPREX include serving as the Immediate Past President, Global President, and Global Treasurer at different times.
