Alexis Nizzi has extensive experience in client service and human resources, currently serving as a Client Service Consultant, Account Executive, and Account Manager at Avant Specialty Benefits since May 2019. Prior to this role, Alexis worked at Lever1 from November 2017 to May 2019 as a Business Development Specialist, focusing on new client acquisition and collaboration with various departments to ensure account sustainability. Early career experience includes managing multiple locations for Smallcakes Kansas City, where Alexis progressed from cashier to Lead Baker and ultimately to manager. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Creative Writing from The University of Kansas and has also studied at Johnson County Community College.
