Previously, Erik served as the senior country manager for SThree Norway AS, responsible for launching the first office in Norway and leading recruitment teams in the Oil & Gas sector. Additionally, Erik held the position of senior manager for the Oil & Gas Recruitment Division at Huxley Associates, where involvement in setting up the division catered to the Aberdeen Oil & Gas industry. Erik's career began at ExxonMobil as a sales clerk. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from The University of Salford, completed in 2001.
