AvantGarde Search was set up to act as a driver for change within the recruitment industry.
We aim to be the first true specialist delivering talent to tech start-ups and scale-ups. We focus on agile services and new ways of thinking in terms of how we deal with candidates to secure the best talent for all our clients.

Since the start in 2019 we have been so fortunate to recruit management talent and technical talent for companies including Airthings, Kahoot, House of Math, Oda, ECO-STOR, Gnist, Dignio, Minuendo, Disruptive Technologies, Cloud Insurance, Firi, Volur, Nofence and more.

We are also official recruitment partner to the Norselab and TheFactory Eco-system, as well as partners to The Human Aspect and Wake Me Up.
