Carolin Mittelstrass

Carolin Mittelstrass has had a diverse work experience, starting with a Praktikant role at Seven One Media GmbH from September 2012 to February 2013. Carolin then moved on to Die Gastrosophen, Agentur für Personalvermittlung, where they worked as Service from February 2011 to December 2014.

In 2014, Carolin joined AVANTGARDE Group, initially as a Praktikant from February 2014 to June 2014. Carolin then progressed to become a Junior Project Manager from July 2014 to April 2015, and subsequently as a Projektmanager from May 2015 to February 2017. Carolin'snext role at AVANTGARDE was as a Senior Project Manager from February 2017 to January 2021. After that, they served as an Associate Director Client Services from January 2021 to present. Carolin'smost recent position at AVANTGARDE Group is as a Client Service Director, starting in January 2023.

Additionally, Carolin also worked at Avantgarde Brand Services as a Project Manager from October 2016 to January 2017.
