Bindu Ananth

Bindu Ananth has a long and varied work experience in the finance industry. In 2021, they became the Founder of Dvara Health Finance. Bindu was the Co-founder and Chairperson of Dvara Trust from 2008 and the Chairperson of Dvara KGFS from 2012. Bindu was also the Chairperson of Dvara Research from 2009. In 2022, they became an Independent Member of the Policyholders Protection Committee at IndiaFirst Life. Bindu is currently a Fellow of the Finance Workstream at the Reimagining India’s Health System: A Lancet Citizens’ Commission. Bindu is also an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd., an Independent Director at Avanti - Financial Inclusion For 100 Million, an Independent Director at Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture, and an Independent Director at Lendable MSME Credit Fund.

Bindu Ananth received a BA in Economics from Stella Maris College in 1996-1999. Bindu then went on to pursue a PGDRM in Management, Rural Institutions at the Institute of Rural Management Anand from 1999-2001. Finally, they completed their MPAID at Harvard Kennedy School in 2005-2007.
