Monisha Verma

Monisha Verma is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the finance and construction sectors. Currently serving as HR Leader at Avanti Finance since August 2024, Monisha has previously held the position of AVP-People & Culture at Niro from January 2022 to August 2024, and Senior Manager of People Operations at DoctorC for a brief period in 2021.
