Rajneesh Sharma

Rajneesh Sharma is a professional with diverse experience in financial services and management. Currently part of the Partnership Team at Avanti since September 2021, Rajneesh previously served as an Assistant Manager at L&T Financial Services from May 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing a large operational team, oversight of portfolio governance, and the implementation of training for digital initiatives. Rajneesh also contributed to the Indian Institute of Forest Management as a placement committee member, organizing skill development workshops and coordinating recruitment activities. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd., where Rajneesh conducted a socio-economic impact assessment across multiple states. Rajneesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from JNGEC Sundernagar.
