Saurabh Kumar

Saurabh Kumar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Saurabh began their career as an intern at Allahabad Bank in 2009. In 2010, they joined ICICI Bank as a Team Lead for Clearing and Transaction, where they served until 2013. Saurabh then progressed to the role of Area Operations Manager for a year before becoming a Regional Operations Manager from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, Saurabh joined the IIFL Group as an AVP in Regional Operation Management, specializing in handling home loan disbursement activities. Saurabh was later promoted to the position of Head of Operations and Customer Service for SME and Digital Finance until June 2021. Currently, Saurabh serves as the Lead for Operations and Customer Service at Avanti - Financial Inclusion for 100 Million.

Saurabh Kumar completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier College between 2004 and 2007. Saurabh then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) from 2008 to 2010.
