Liz Boccanfuso

Liz Boccanfuso has a diverse work experience in the recruiting industry. Liz started their career in 1992 as a Senior Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services, where they interviewed and placed applicants in various fields. Liz then worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Trans World Entertainment, where they recruited for home office positions and developed recruitment strategies. Liz later became a Human Resource Manager at Colwell & Salmon Communications, where they recruited personnel and developed company policies. Liz then worked as a Senior Recruiter at Willmott & Associates, sourcing and recruiting passive candidates. Liz also worked as a Senior Vice President, Recruiting at EmPower HealthIT, sourcing candidates for niche positions and working closely with hiring managers. Liz later worked as a Contract Recruiter at Avanti Recruitment Solutions, specializing in sourcing hard-to-find talent. Currently, Liz serves as the President of HIT Recruiting LLC, where they perform full lifecycle recruiting and focuses on various roles in Human Resources, Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, and Healthcare.
