Paul Bramos

Paul Bramos is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as Property Accounting Manager at Avanti Residential since October 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held positions as Accounting Manager at Sherman & Howard L.L.C. from December 2022 to August 2023 and at Alder Companies from May 2021 to December 2022. Paul’s earlier experience includes roles at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC as a Senior Associate and Associate in Corporate Accounting, and at Pritzker Realty Group as an Accounting Associate. Paul began a career in accounting at SIEGFRIED CRANDALL PC as Audit Staff. Paul earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance along with a minor in German from Hope College, where studies took place from August 2009 to May 2013, following graduation from Grosse Pointe North High School in 2009.
