Erin Nicholas

Erin Nicholas is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as Property Accounting Manager at RPM Living since November 2022, Erin has previously held various roles in property accounting, including Assistant Property Accounting Manager, Senior Property Accountant, and Property Accountant. Prior experience includes a position as Staff Accountant at Stangl Tiegs PLLC, where notable contributions included forensic financial analysis and software conversion projects. Erin also has experience in customer interaction and retail management as a Product Advisor at Dover Saddlery. With foundational experience from BBG Inc. and Spring Valley United Methodist Church, combined with a strong academic background, Erin holds a Master of Science in Accounting and two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Accounting and another in Animal Sciences from the University of North Texas and Texas A&M University, respectively.
